I LOVE reading and watching other people's current favourites, so I thought I'd share mine.

I'm definitely someone who goes through phases where I discover little habits, products and rituals that romanticise my everyday routine.

Then before I know it, they've become staples that I can't imagine living without.

Lately, I've been really leaning into feeling good from the inside out.

Whether it's a skincare step I genuinely look forward to, a healthy breakfast I'm excited to wake up for, or a simple habit that makes me feel that little bit more put together, these are the things I've been reaching for (and doing) on repeat...

Coconut Water

Now this might sound a little strange because I actually hate the taste of coconut water on its own.

So why is it in this post?

Because paired with other things, I absolutely love it.

My favourite way to use it is in my protein shakes and protein porridge.

I love porridge, but I don't like it thick at all - I much prefer a softer, almost creamy consistency.

It adds just enough sweetness without making it heavy like plant milks sometimes can.

The same goes for my protein shakes, especially if I'm adding a banana.

I really don't enjoy those super thick, almost milkshake-like shakes.

Coconut water keeps everything light, refreshing and easy to drink while adding a subtle sweetness.

It's also really low in calories and a great source of electrolytes, so it's a win all round.

(Also, the brand 'Coco Cabana' is what I usually buy, or Aldi also do their own brand one - they're both a lot cheaper than most of the others!)

Oil Pulling

Sticking with the coconut theme...

I've started oil pulling every morning before my obligatory cup of tea (usually my Aldi Detox tea or spearmint tea), and I've noticed such a difference in how fresh my mouth feels.

The biggest change has actually been my tongue (which sounds like such a weird thing to say) but I'm slightly obsessed with having a clean, healthy-looking pink tongue!

Oil pulling seems to dissolve so much of that build-up before I even brush my teeth.

I usually do it for around 5–10 minutes while I'm making breakfast or getting ready, so it doesn't really feel like an extra step.

We love a habit stack!

Adanola

Can someone explain why nobody told me that Adanola is THAT good?!

I've been trying to slowly build a capsule wardrobe with high-quality basics, and I'd always seen the girls wearing Adanola sets, but I genuinely had no idea how good they actually were.

The quality is incredible.

They're thick enough to be flattering without feeling restrictive, and the fabric has the perfect amount of stretch.

I hate wrestling myself into gym leggings that feel like they're cutting off my circulation, and these are the complete opposite.

I picked up pieces from the Ultimate collection, just a T-shirt and leggings to test them out, and they've honestly become my most-worn activewear already.

The shorts and yoga pants are definitely next on my list.

10/10. Adanola...I'm fully converted!

Greek Yoghurt, Raspberries & Honey

This has become my current hyper-fixation dessert.

I've been eating it most evenings after dinner as my lil sweet treat and I honestly look forward to it all day.

There's something about the combination of creamy Greek yoghurt, tart raspberries and a drizzle of honey that just hits every single time!

Raspberries in general have become a bit of an obsession lately.

I've been adding them to my protein porridge too, and I love how they cut through the sweetness with that slight tartness.

Will I eventually get bored of this?

Probably.

But until then, you'll absolutely find me eating it on repeat...

Overnight Gel Masks

If you know me, you'll know I'm a certified sheet mask addict.

It started with the classic fabric sheet masks, but lately I've become completely obsessed with the overnight gel masks.

Let me tell you...if you haven't tried one yet, you absolutely need to.

These are the masks that you wear for a few hours (or overnight if you're brave enough to sleep in one).

As your skin absorbs all of the essence, the mask gradually turns clear, and it's honestly soooo satisfying!

I make sure I use one at least once a week on my barrier repair nights, although recently it's been more like two or three times.

The glow the next morning is honestly unmatched.

Medicube and Biodance have been my favourites so far, and there are so many different versions depending on what your skin needs: hydrating, brightening, collagen-boosting, PDRN treatments (yes...the famous "salmon DNA" ones everyone talks about) and even caviar.

Once you add these into your routine, trust me you'll wonder how you ever lived without them.

My Stanley Cup

Okay...I caved.

I officially joined the Stanley club and I completely get the hype now.

Although...I'm still not entirely sure whether I love it because it's genuinely amazing or simply because mine is pink haha.

I chose the 'Port Shimmer' colourway, which is the most gorgeous metallic pink with silver accents.

It could not be more me if it tried.

She travelled all the way from America because apparently I'm extra like that, but honestly...worth every second of the wait.

It keeps my drinks cold for hours, especially if you fill it with plenty of ice, and I've noticed I'm drinking so much more water throughout the day because it's always with me.

Do I need another one?

Absolutely not.

Do I already have more on my wishlist?

Absolutely yes.

Body Oiling On Damp Skin

I have a bit of a weird sensory thing when it comes to body products.

At night?

I could happily cover myself head to toe in thick creams and body oils and climb into bed feeling like a slippery little worm.

During the day?

Hell no.

I need something lightweight that sinks in quickly so I can get dressed without feeling sticky or leaving marks all over my clothes.

For ages I struggled to find that balance.

I love the Naturium 5% Urea Body Serum and the Aveeno Skin Relief Body Oil Spray because they absorb beautifully, but recently I've discovered something that's completely changed the game:

Applying body oil while my skin is still slightly damp.

After my shower, I lightly pat myself dry so my skin isn't dripping but is still damp to the touch.

Then I massage in my body oil while my skin is still holding onto that moisture.

My current favourite is the Palmer's Tahitian Vanilla Body Oil, which smells absolutely incredible.

For some reason the damp skin helps the oil absorb so much faster, and my skin stays hydrated all day without feeling greasy.

Game changer.

Lip Stains

I genuinely don't know how I lived without lip stains?!

They're probably one of the best beauty discoveries I've made this year.

I love that I can apply one in the morning, eat, drink and go about my day, and still have colour left by the afternoon.

All I need to do is top it up with a lip balm, lip oil or gloss and it looks fresh all over again.

I usually use mine to create more of a stained lip liner effect rather than colouring in my whole lips.

It makes them look naturally fuller while giving my face a bit more life without looking overly "made up".

They're perfect for the gym, when I've got clients, or those "no make-up make-up" days when you just want to look healthy and put together.

At the moment I'm loving trying all the different types - the peel-off stains, felt-tip versions and traditional tints.

My current favourites are:

If you're a low-maintenance girl who wants something you can apply once and forget about, lip stains are about to become your new best friend.

Bright Nails For Summer

I've stepped away from my usual nail comfort zone recently.

Normally I'm a nude, French or classic red kind of girl, but this summer I've been embracing brighter colours and honestly...I'm loving it.

My current set is the prettiest bright pink with a slight coral tone, and every time I look down at my hands it just makes me happy!

Will I still be wearing bright colours by September?

Who knows!

But for now I am enjoying...

Protein Porridge

For the longest time my protein shake was my breakfast non-negotiable.

It was easy, convenient and perfect for mornings when I was heading to clients or straight to the gym.

Recently though, whenever I'm home for breakfast (especially before a workout) I've swapped my shake for protein porridge and I'm obsessed.

The oats keep me fuller for longer, the slow-release carbs are perfect before training and it's basically become my excuse to add loads of toppings.

It's honestly one of my favourite meals of the day now.

Don't get me wrong, I still love my shakes when I'm on the go, but if I've got the time to sit down and enjoy breakfast, protein porridge wins every time!

Microneedling

If there's one treatment I could influence you to book, it would be microneedling - without question.

I've been having microneedling with polynucleotides every six weeks with my skin fairy, Imogen (@radianceskintherapy_), and it has become one of the best investments I've made in my skin.

Microneedling works by creating tiny, controlled micro-injuries in the skin (sounds scary, I know!)

But it's actually what stimulates your body's natural collagen and elastin production, helping your skin repair itself from within.

Over time it can improve skin texture, acne scars, pigmentation, fine lines, enlarged pores and overall firmness.

It's one of those treatments where the results actually continue to improve over the weeks following your appointment because your skin is still busy producing new collagen.

We also treat my neck and chest because they're often some of the first areas to show signs of ageing, and I really don't want to neglect them.

I've noticed smoother skin, more even tone, improved texture and an overall glow that make-up just cannot replicate.

It's become one of my beauty rituals that's completely non-negotiable for me now.

StairMaster & Incline Walking

If you've already read my recent post all about 'Hot Girl Walks', you'll know just how important walking has become for me.

It's no longer something I force myself to do - it's something I genuinely look forward to.

Alongside my daily walks, incline walking has become a huge part of my gym routine.

I'll usually set the treadmill anywhere between an 8 and 15 incline depending on how I'm feeling, and it gives such a good workout without leaving me completely exhausted afterwards.

Then, every single gym session, I finish with ten minutes on the StairMaster. Always.

I originally started because I noticed all the girls with the strongest physiques at my gym seemed to be living on that machine and I said...

"Ok, bet!"

Safe to say I haven't looked back.

Hot girls really do love the StairMaster!

Everything Showers

I've always been someone who double cleanses in the shower, but recently my body care routine has levelled up completely.

Part of it is definitely because of the heatwave.

Two showers a day has become my new normal, and honestly it's made this hot weather so much more bareable.

There's nothing better than washing away the sweat and feeling fresh again, and my everything showers have become a proper ritual.

Depending on the day they might include dry brushing, a body scrub, double cleansing, shaving, body oiling, shampooing, a hair mask, scalp massage or even a rice water rinse.

Obviously I don't do every single step every day, but I love rotating them depending on what my body or hair needs.

It's become less about rushing through a shower and more about intentionally looking after myself.

Those little moments of self-care really do add up and have really improved my overall mood and how I feel about myself and my body.

Bath & Body Works Hand Sanitisers

Last but definitely not least...

I genuinely think I might be the UK's biggest consumer of Bath & Body Works hand sanitisers.

Years ago I used to see people bringing them back from America and wondered how good a hand sanitiser could possibly be.

Turns out: very.

The scents are incredible, they don't dry my hands out and they're one of those products that once you've tried them, you completely understand the obsession.

My all-time favourite is Cosy Vanilla Almond, although Black Cherry Merlot is a very close second.

I have one in my gym bag, one in my professional make-up kit, one clipped on my keys (in a cute pink holder, obviously) and often another one floating around in whichever bag I happen to be using that day.

I'm forever stocking up because I genuinely cannot allow myself to run out LOL.

They're one of those tiny little luxuries that add a little *razzle dazzle* y'know?

Have you tried any of the above or will you be adding anything into your own routine?
